Hello, currently i am living in a 5rm hdb which has been fully paid. I intend to purchase and move into another 5 rm hdb using contra. I am inquiring: after doing all the calculations, i am still required to fork out another $60K. Can I use my CPF funds for this $60K or do I have to fork out cash? Thank you.

Afternoon,

If you have done your math, you would have utilized the CPF funds from your current unit and the cash profit, on top of the loan that you be eligible for. If it's still insufficient, you will have to top the difference by cash.
