Good morning,

you are eligible to apply for BTO TOGETHER with your husband if eligibility conditions are met. Not alone as both of you are married and considered a family nucleus.

If you are able to finance the initial outlay but need funds from sale to finance purchase, he will have to sell before key collection. If not, he just need to sell existing HDB within 6 months from key collection.

Hi,

1) You can apply for a BTO, but your husband's name must be in the application because he must be an owner or a core occupier.
2) His HDB flat must be sold within 6 months upon key collection of the BTO at the latest.
3) A married couple cannot own more than 1 HDB flat at all times.

Hi, you will not be able to purchase a HDB as long as your husband owns one. Once you are married to him, you are considered a family nucleus and only one HDB are allowed per family nucleus.
