Hello, am interested in getting advice. 31(F), divorcing. No kids. MOP for house is in March 2027 and planning to sell once finalised (will delay divorce to reach MOP).

Bought the house at 490k
Current loan left $266k
Accrued and principle interest $141k
Proximity and first time grant taken
Current resale value $650k
Current pay $4.2k

Would it be feasible to purchase a resale 3 room flat. What advise would you be able to provide as feeling rather anxious for the future. Thank you so much!

Hi, appreciate your sharing over PropertyGuru, able to check with banker on your behalf before planning next purchase. For sale require the court order before proceeding for the sale, it depends on the final judgement whether it is 50-50 share from the sale proceed. For the CPF OA with interest used, will be returned to each party who used for the current unit. Likewise, able to check with law firm and HDB before proceeding.
