1) I understand your concern that the grant might be withdrawn during the resale application submission.

2) According to the CPF Housing Grants for resale flats (Families). You are eligible for the grant under parent with child. Your household income and residential status are in line with the requirements. $70k grant is available for buying 2~4-rm resale flat.
