Hello agents, quick question.

While looking to rent a place, I realised that all agents do not put pictures of the houses/apartments they're listing. Some only put corridor pics. It can get really frustrating to have to go to a viewing just to see the apartment. and if the place isn't suitable then its a terrible waste of time. Can anyone offer any insight into this? Appreciate it! Thanks!

Dear sir/madam,

Simple way to get around with this is to only choose the listing with proper pictures on. It can be a case where owners who engaged agents but feel inconvenient to specially open up the unit for picture taking out of their hectic schedule. In terms of suitability, it would very much depends on your requirements. Is it due to location or due to the condition of the unit available for rental? Perhaps I may assist you in this?
