Hello agents, i am a Singaporean married with a foreign spouse and he holds working permit too, if we like to purchase a resale flat, can my husband be my joint applicant for a bank loan to purchase a resale hdb?

Afternoon, You can purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen spouse scheme but you will be the owner while your spouse will be the essential occupier. You will also be eligible to use your spouse income to obtain a higher mortgage loan. However, do note that credit accessment will still be carried ot as per MAS requirements.
