Gurus, we are SPR and planning to buy 3 bedroom HDB at walkable distance to MRT for a max budget of 500k. I am confused in choosing an area between Boon lay MRT to Jurong East MRT and between Jurong East MRT to Choa chu kang MRT. Considering the planned development that is going to happen in Jurong, which area do you think will have good growth potential so that it will fetch good returns even if were to sell / rent the house after the MOP. Please advise the area and reason. Also let me know if you have any value buy in those areas.
