The last thing to do in buying a home for your family is to time the market as many of my buyers were simply priced out of the market with the various measures introduced especially on the TDSR affecting the loan quantum which have placed plenty of buyers out of the market due to the tighter loan requirements. There are also intangible values we look for when purchasing a home which you look for convenience in terms of location as well as comfort of family which cannot be measured by money.
