Good day!

I am 34, single.

Soon eligible to get a house soon.

Looking to buy one within 6-12 months.

As such, having the following questions ..

1) Resale HDB 5 room (prefer EM) vs other types of 5 rooms
Which has more potential growth ?
2) HDB 5 room vs EC
Which has more potential growth ?

Hi Ken,

Whilst the flat type might be one of the deciding factor, there are other more important factors such as location, competition from present and future supply, affordability etc.

Developers are still very bullish on EC as there are still a lot of pent up demand from upgraders - refer to today's news on record bidded price for EC plot in Jurong.
