Good day Gurus.

I am thinking to purchase a HDB unit in Redhill which cost abt 700k. At the mean time, was considering to purchase the new launch EC in punggol. Can anyone please advise me on how can I identify which is a better take for me. Thank u and sincerely appreciated.

Hi Noob,

I believe you are Mr. Not Sure, who post a question earlier. Please see my answer in your other question.

Just to note, buying a HDB generally required COV, which might be in the range of $30K to $50K in Redhill area. This COV you can used it to pay for the initial payment for an EC. It might also cost more to renovate a resale HDb than a brand new EC.
