Morning Supan,

You are not eligible for both new EC and resale HDB unit as you do not meet the requirement. Resale EC, on the other hand, is semi private, after MOP, which you are eligible to purchase. As to whether price of resale EC is cheaper than condo, the answer would mostly be yes, but there are always exceptions.

I think Ken made a typo mistake there. Currently you are NOT eligible for HDB resale. For singles, you'll have to wait till age 35. Read More
