Foreign Spouse's Income for Loan Amount in HDB Resale.
Looking for any previous buyers, or agents that have experience/knowledge about appealing to HDB to have Foreign spouse income included in the loan calculation.
Here is the link from Ministry of National Dev with an in-parliament response that HDB can actually exercise flexibility with appeal. I've not been able to find any first-hand success story.
