Hi Pristine,

1) The answer unfortunately is no. Because the timeline needed to request by a lawyer to CPF to disperse funds to IRAS is insufficient to do it.
2) When buying a private residential property, it is possible to utilize CPF for stamp duty is only when you are buying at the launch period.

For sub-sale transactions, it is similar to resale transactions. Stamp duties need to be paid upfront first, and then reimbursed back from your CPF upon the legal completion.
