Yes you can. I can give you a number of salespersons that you can engage for the search if you require. Nevertheless, i must say all these salespersons should be relying on the same resources on their shortlisting of units for you and to prevent yourself from viewing the same units with different agents, it is more advisable to only engage 1 salesperson to manage all these viewings and records. Good afternoon! Yes you certainly can engage more than one agent to source for your home and the agent who finds you the home that you decide to buy will have to be paid commission by you. Perhaps you can provide me with more details such as the type of home you're looking at, location and budget and I can shortlist a few units for you. Thank you and have a good day! Hi Sir, Good day to you! Its possible to engage more than one agent if you have not sign any agreement with the other agent to engage the service. But it will be good to go for one agent to serve you so that the agent is aware of your timeline, eligibility and financial status to assist you better. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further enquiries. Hope to hear positive reply from you soonest. Warmest regards Agnes Tan Read More

Dear buyer, as per replied from all our agents here, it's true that choosing a specific agent is in the best interest for the buyer in case of overlapping units viewing. Since you will only be paying 1 agent the comm and actually you might not even need to pay at all, wouldn't it be better if you could engage an agent supported by a team for better efficiency?
