Thanks your question.

S$5000 deposit is part of your COV, for bank loan. 5% is needed to be paid in cash.
15% can use cpf or cash.

if purchase price is $330k and you are a Singaporean the stamp duty will be 3% = $4800.00

However there are also other fees involve like lawyer fee n etc.

I am basing on if the purchase price is $330k (value+cov). The stamp fees will go up if the total transacted price is higher. =)
