For 99 years lease hold terrace house, about when does the price begin to depreciate?
For example, a 3 storey terrace at Jalan Limau is about $1.6mil. The house TOP around 1997.
Due to Singapore being land scarce, the value of this property have been increasing. However, about when will it start to be stagnant and turn downwards.
I'm asking this because I know that some 99 years lease hold houses that have only 30 to 40 years balance on the lease can sell for probably less than a 5 rooms HDB.
All views are welcome :).
