Extension of stay hdb

- submitted resales application previously & stated no extension needed but now seller Agent called to request for extension around 1-1.5month . If I don't agree what will happen ? If i agree how is it gg to be , sales completion date will be delay or is it consider private settlement between buyer and seller ? I didn't engage any agent and facing issue now.

Rightfully if there is no mention about the extension of stay required by the seller, you have the right not to accept this request. If you agree to it, you may wish to inform HDB on this and see how it will affect the transaction, if you wish to document everything in black and white to avoid potential issues that may arise from this transaction.
