    Obviously .. the price has gone up rapidly. I was just wondering if it is going to go up in this speed in the future, too.
    In the beginning of the year, it was merely 600+/psf. With MRT and Shopping mall, i was wondering why the price was very low. Have the people started to see the value the property? Or,,the project is good but has been under valued??
    What are the main causes of the surge of the price unlike other condos??
    Is it worth to buy now and still expect to make some "profit"?
