Hi,

1) You should tick 'No" on your application since your buyer has already exercised the OTP.
2) Since the question is specifically asking for the Disposal Date of the condo that has been exercised, then it is referring to the exercise date.
3) If the question quoted is disposal date only, then it should be the date you sign and the Sales and Purchase agreement (S&P).
