Do you think any possibility to purchase a re-sales 3rms flat in Bedok areas under or at S$300K..? My loan/CPF OA/down payment in cash (5-10%) for a total sum of S$300K is ready in which I am prepared to buy it now if there is any unit is available in the market. Thanks.
