do we have to pay admistration fee when buying a resale flat. Do we also have to pay for seller valuation fee

Evening Azman, All HDB resale applications are required to pay $80 admin fee. As for valuation report, you can choose not to buy it if you are paying for purchase by cash. To obtain CPF monies and/or mortgage loan, you will require to obtain the valuation report, either buying from your seller or request for seller's permission to redo a new one.
