Hi Mr. Sebastian,
For buying private property, EC inclusive, from developer. You never have to pay any agent commission regardless of new or bounce out unit.

For new EC units, regardless whether its bounced out or newly launched unit, buyers need not pay commission as developer will pay the servicing agent a service fee. And it also doesn't really matter which agent you work with, as we get the same quotes from developer. Do work with one who can see things through with you till EC TOP, especially if you are transiting from HDB and need to time the timeline and finances properly for smooth transition.

For new EC units, regardless whether its bounced out or newly launched unit, buyers need not pay commission as developer will pay the servicing agent a service fee.
