Yes you are required to pay off the outstanding maintenance fees up till completion date appointment before the completion can be officially completed.

I believe that you are paying the maintenance fees and sinking funds on a quarterly basis, therefore the conveyancing law firm will do a property calculation where the purchaser will refund you the amount on pro rated basis upon completion of the sale. This is similar to property tax.

How can we make appointment with you to discuss more about this sale assignment? Perhaps you may also wish to furnish more details of your unit available in order for us to extract out the relevant data like the transaction history as well as look into the existing comparable units which are available for sale and their pricing, such that we will be able to analyse the existing situation to make a better informed decision on next step to take.

This allows a more effective marketing campaign to be planned for and can translate into an efficient sales process.
