1) If you are eyeing an HDB flat. You can find the flat listed on the HDB once its' resale application is submitted.
2) If you are eyeing a private condo, you can find the unit listed on the URA weblink once the bank puts up a caveat against it.
3) If you are referring to the advertising portal, those still on the portal are open to offer. If not, means not available.
4) However, some of these advertised units are already sold. The agents are keeping it there to fish for buyers, so you have to be aware of such practice.
