My guy is looking for a House without COV or any cash required due to some financial issue, he cant buy a BTO as he needs to pay a lump sum of levy. And if a re-sale house still required COV is it possible to offset the COV through CPF? we have seek atleast 3 agents so far, but we are still stuck with no answer. im looking forward to anyone who can help us out.
