For resale HDB, under Single Singapore Citizen Scheme, you can purchase any location as long as seller is eligible to sell to you. You are also eligible for 4-room.

However, to qualify for grant or hdb loan, your income cannot exceed 5K/mth. Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.

Under single scheme, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit in any estate, of any sizes, as long as you are taking bank loan. If you are taking HDB loan, you will be limited to max of 5 room flat.

Under single scheme, you have no restriction on which location you can purchase.

Whereas if which HDB model you are eligible to purchase will depend on which type of loan you will be taking.

If you are taking HDB loan, you can only purchase up to 5 rm flat.

If you are taking bank loan, you can buy any HDB model type.
