I would like to know the average psf costs for new freehold 2-bedroom condo units below 800 sqf located in city, city fringe and suburban areas. Also, how would this compare with existing ones of 1-2 years and 3-5 years. How would this change if I consider 99-year leasehold condos with the same scenarios above? Thanks.
