Dear PropertyGuru Team,

Please send me information for some condominiums conform to the following conditions:

-Freehold and Leasehold (but I like a freehold more)
-price less than 1.5 million S$
-nearby Bras Basah MTR station (CC2)
-Loan term: 20-> 30 years
(I am Vietnamese, but I have a company in Singapore, can I have a loan term and how long maximum ?)

Hi Mr Hung,

Before a price tag is fixed for your preferred projects, you may wish to work out on the loan details first since you are self employed and the loan considerations will be different from a salaried worker.
