Dear Property Professional, given that prices hv risen significantly in the past 2 yrs,
1. what is the main likelihood of prices trend in the 2nd half of 2011? Does the forthcoming election contribute to likelihood of softening of prices?
2.If I purchase a ppty now and can hold on to it for 10yrs, will the upside be limited (gvn that ppty prices hv risen so much aldry?)
3.Pls reply directly online, do not request me to email to you for a reply.
