Dear Property Guru,

I am Singapore PR and interested in buying a 2-rooms condo for stay sometime mid 2011 - early 2012. There is no preferred location.

I would like to know how much is required in terms of cash/cpf for someone to be able to buy a condo in Singapore?

I have around 80K-100K total in cash/cpf. What kind of condo can I afford?

Please advise. Thank you.
