Dear property agent,
I am a owner of HDB flat, my dad and I are the owners. Currently I am planning to get a small 1 bed room condo with my husband is it possible?
my husband is from china pr
i am singaporean
my ordinary account has 40k
his ordinaty account has 20K
please advice accordingly ...

Hi Samantha,

I will need information to able to advise you further. I will need to know whether have the MOP of your current HDB flat been approved, the ready cash that yourself and your hubby has for the purchase and also whether do you still have any loan for your current HDB. All these answers will affect the financial portion. Maybe you can give me a call and we can discuss about this in greater detail and your hubby and yourself can make a more informed decision on your purchase.
