Dear sir/madam, Prices of freehold landed properties in the east have long surpassed the $2m range for units without any A&A required. In fact, even for units which requires rebuilding, likelihood is that these units would be looking at $2.2m upwards depending on sizes. In fact I would say the prices of freehold landed properties island wide have already went above the $2m mark. Of course, if you do not mind to purchase a mini landed house with land size of about 700 to 850sqf, I can show you around but their prices are also hovering above $1.8m depending on their conditions.
