Dear gurus, prices of resale HDB in city fringe areas appears resistant. Like Pinnacle and Kallang. Is this a good time to buy?im interested in resale HDB in rivervista@kallang as I cannot wait so long for bto. With my budget, a condo would be too small for the same area. Please advise.

This is definitely a great time to buy. With HDB prices having fallen so much, there are many buyers who are using the opportunity to buy into the resale HDB market.

HDB prices in city fringe will definitely be more resistant due to the demand as seen by the popularity of Pinnacle resale units.
