Hi Sir
Yes you can use your entire CPF to pay for the flat. There is also no restriction for new SCs im buying a resale unlike SPR where they have to wait for 3 years before being eligible. However do take note as singles, one of you need to be above 35 before being eligible unless you are eligible for some of the HDB schemes. You are also eligible for first timer hrnat as an SC. In order to assist further, I need more information in regards to you and your family profile. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussions in regards to this.

Hi,

I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to purchase a HDB resale flat, as you do not qualify under any of the eligible schemes at this current moment.

If your application for Citizenship is successful, and if you're above age 35, then I'm pleased to inform you that you are eligible to purchase a HDB resale flat under the Single Scheme. If you're below age 35, it is possible that you could qualify under "Non-Citizen Family Scheme", with your parents as the essential occupiers.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
