Yes you can use your entire CPF to pay for the flat. There is also no restriction for new SCs im buying a resale unlike SPR where they have to wait for 3 years before being eligible. However do take note as singles, one of you need to be above 35 before being eligible unless you are eligible for some of the HDB schemes. You are also eligible for first timer hrnat as an SC.
