Dear Gurus,
My senario; I solely owned a 4 rm HDB fully paid in the westside of Spore. Gross Income about 8K/mth. My homemaker wife has no income or property to her name. If she intends to buy a private condo, what's her chance of getting a bank loan with me as guarantor? I do not want to include my name in property due to ABSD and CPF minimum sum requirement. Thank you.

Morning,

As to how much loan your spouse can get would depend on your credit record and income status. As HDB unit cannot be used as collateral, getting a high loan quantum may not be viable. It would be prudent to get a banker to assess your situation before jumping into it.
