Dear gurus,

My multi-generation family are seeking an upgrade from our present 4 room at pine close to a 5 room / executive apartment. Areas interested will be geylang, marine parade, tampines or bedok

However, do advise on the following doubts:
1) Any restriction on HDB loans as i add on my name in my present 4 rm with my parent 2 years back?
2) Am i subjected to any resale levy? I'm still single n getting married next year.
3) If contra facility takes place does it means i hv to rent a place while renovating my new plc?
