Usually the common items provided by landlords for partial furnish units would be washing machine,fridge,air con & kitchen stove..But sometimes additional items may be requested by tenants.For a fully furnished unit,the rent can go up by $100-200 per mth..Kindly contact me if you need any assistance in marketing your unit.I have ready professional tenants looking for unit to rent.Thanks

Which development are you referring to?

Partial furnish - this is a very subjective issue. However, a fully furnish unit usually can command $300 to $500(on the average)more.

The location of the project would be more important to the tenants.
