Dear Gurus, I have completed my MOP for my 4room HDB apartment. I am considering to buy a EC but concern that I have no place to stay if I were to use my HDB sales proceed to finance my EC. Are they any option for a buyer like me. Would also like to know the available EC in Bedok/tampines/Pasir Ris estate. Am looking at 3 bedroom + utility or 4 bedroom units. Thanks!

There is a brand new EC coming up in Pasir ris. No in bedok or tampines in the next 18 months.

If you can come out 20% then is ok.

If not I suggest you sell away and move to your relative house. If can't then sell it away and rent a flat temporary till you move to your new dream home.
