Dear Gurus,
I am renting a condo and find I have one common room spare which I wish to sub-let. My tenancy agreement allows to do so after informing my landlord. I would like to know if I need to enter a separate sub-tenancy agreement or just get the name of person added to my existing tenancy agreement.
In case I need to sign separate agreement, can I get stamping done for this.
