Dear Gurus, I am a single and hope to buy a 4 room flat for staying or investment in Jurong Area. May I know what are the initial cash I need to fork out? Does the price of the flat inclusive of COV?

In order to know how much initial cash is required, we will need to know how much CPF OA you have in hand, how much loan you can get and the model of 4 room flat which you are interested in.
