Hi,

I've recently brought buyers to view $0 COV 4rm units in Jurong west. As what Mike has mentioned, we need to know whether your CPF is sufficient to cover the downpayment and whether you are eligible for HDB concessionary loan etc to be able to gauge the initial cash payment amount. All unit's asking price will include its valuation price and COV (if any), but it does not include the 3% buyer stamp duty and legal fees.
