Dear Gurus…
We want to buy the property in Singapore (HDB or Private)
My self (SPR), Wife (SPR) and Wife's Sister (SPR) wish to own the property in Singapore, however we are not sure the eligibility.
Myself & Wife: Both SPR, However own the property (appartment) in Malaysia
My Wife's Sister: SPR, Single > 35 yrs old
Can we or any method (or any combination) that can own the HDB without give up the property in Malaysia?
If can, please share how to do ..
If can’t, what type of private home that available for us to consider (Lowest in price)?
