dear guru,me and my husband wan to buy a resale house,but we don't have cash in hand,we can pay all under CPF,is that posible for us to find it??pls answer my question cos i really need help,or maybe you can tell where i can get a rental room with buget $400 or $500 pls help me guru

Morning,

In the current market, it's almost impossible to get resale unit with $0 COV. For this, the only possible option is to purchase through Bank's Auction or new BTO, if you are SC.
There are common rent rental, but for twin sharing, it will most likely cost around $700.
