Dear Guru, Please advise which of the two would you choose to purchase if you can, both are brand new and priced the same, same facilities, facing and other variables etc: (A) 99 year LH right next to MRT and (B) FH, about 500m or 5 to 8 mins walk from the MRT. Thank You.

    If this is an exam question, the examiner may not be impressed with your reply. You should answer A or B with considerations.qualifications. Instead of answering, you chose to add more variables to a direct question..:(
