Dear Guru,

My wife and i are looking to purchase near TOP or recently TOPed EC but naturally many of these EC are fully sold we were wondering if ECs which does not transact successfully or during the construction period the eligibility criteria are now unable to be met or.. owners are unable to pay for mortgage where would these units be listed for sales?

Hi,

How about ECs that TOP in 2016? There's still quite a few projects with balance units which I can share with you the value-buys. What is your preferred location? I would say for info on these "return" units, its best to work with agents as these limited units get snapped up quickly, we have faster info. Additionally, unless you can decide and commit within 1-2 days, chances are they will be find buyers quickly.

Yes these units will be back into the market if they fall into a few of the scenarios you mentioned but chances are slim. But what are the projects you are looking at btw?
