Dear Guru,

I'd like to enquire about the standard pratice for Home selling in Singapore. If I purchase a new apartment, can I safely assume that the ceiling lights, aircon, plugs, etc. will be working (i.e. the owner will repair them before handing the apartment over)?

for newly TOP units, there is a one year defects claim warranty by developer.
for resale units, it is sale by private treaty, caveat emptor.. ww.catherinepang.com Read More
