Dear Guru, I would like to buy a property to rent out with the following characteristics:
- Budget= ~$500k
- No. of rooms= 2-3
- Tenure= Freehold
- New condo launches or recently build condo
- Easy to be rented out
- Near to Bendemeer, if possible
As the property price is very high now, I would not mind to wait for a good bargain. Hear your reply soon.

You may want to explore 1bed or studio as this budget is only suitable for this sizes at this moment.

    Sorry for the typo mistake. I was saying in the previous reply that my budget for a studio apartment will be less than $500k, not $500k. Hope you can understand.

    Hi Jetlee, Thank you for your reply too. Actually, my target is to buy 2-3 bedroom condo, which is suitable for rental to a family. And I am ready to wait for one, especially when property price drop. (Not sure when will it be?) Nevertheless, if there is a studio apartment, I would consider. However, my budget for a studio apartment will be lesser than ~$500. On the whole, I'm looking for a good bargain, like everyone else. I'm contactable via ytchaing@yahoo.com. Thank you.
