Dear Guru,

I am planning to get married by next year and have been looking for a flat around bukit batok recently. My budget is about $300k with low (10k) or no COV. Will appreciate any help.

Hi Home Seeker,

At $300K, you can look at the 3-Rm type. With no COV is difficult these days. Can only negotiate for low COV.
