Hi Anthony,

1stly, look at the pricing of the freehold condo in the area which has already TOP and compare against the ones just launched or under construction which is leasehold. Which is more practical to you given your financial strength now.

The underlying objective will also be important to consider, if you are buying as investment or buying for own stay. Comfort is the word to look at if you are looking at own stay while pricing is the main thing if you are looking at investment.
