Dear Guru,
Had bought a resale HDB from the open market in Jun 2011 when I was SPR(no housing grant).
Understand the MOP is 5 years effective from the resale date.
Now convert to Singapoe Citizen.
Plan to upgrade to EC. Am I eligible to buy the EC NOW which will be TOP in 2016?
