Dear friends,I'm looking for a HDB 4-Room Resale flat.Honestly,my budget is is less than $240k with minimum cash money of $3k.I do not know whether I'm eligible for the 4-Room flat & my HLE would say of $220k.I appreciate if anyone could help me in this
